Salary: £16.87 per hour (up to £18.12 per hour -including bonuses)

With over 45 years of excellence and multiple industry awards, WEC Group Ltd is expanding our skilled team. We are currently seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators to join our thriving operation in Darwen, Lancashire.

The Role:

We are looking for skilled and reliable individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
  • Ideally experienced in fabrication and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Competence welding stainless steel from 1mm to 20mm
  • Ability to work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong timekeeping and reliability

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • 40 hours per week

Salary & Bonus Breakdown:

  • Basic rate: £16.87 per hour
  • Weekly production bonus: Up to £1.25 per hour
  • Total OTE: Up to £18.12 per hour
