Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, welding techniques, and mechanical systems to ensure efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems in accordance with project specifications and schematics
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine piping layouts and configurations
  • Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and welding apparatus to complete installations and repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections of piping systems to identify leaks or faults and carry out necessary repairs
  • Assemble pipe sections using appropriate fittings and fasteners, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or mechanical engineers to coordinate installation activities
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
