Introduction

A superb opportunity to set up and run your own business in partnership with Shutterly Fabulous. A chance for you to be in business for yourself, but never by yourself.

You’ve seen us on TV, heard us on the radio, and seen our vans up and down the country – now you have the opportunity to join us as we continue our rapid growth.

If you have great sales skills, are charismatic and engaging then we just might be able to do great things - together.

About Shutterly Fabulous

Welcome to Shutterly Fabulous®, the UK’s original measure & install shutter experts trading since 2002.

We specialise in top-quality plantation shutters to fit any internal space and every interior style – and we promise every customer a Shutterly Fabulous service every step of the way.

We are part of the Mzuri Group – so we have the backing of a global business: giving your new business, and our customers, confidence in our ability to deliver outstanding quality service and value: always.

We work in collaboration with John Lewis & Partners, exclusively servicing their nationwide customer demand for shutters.

The Benefits

- Self Employed Role - in business for yourself, but never by yourself.

- OTE £50k+ based on our industry leading commission rate of 17%

- Full ongoing marketing support – both national and local: there’s no cold calling!

- Earnings are realistic, regular, and within your control

- Full training provided for sales and installation of all our products

- All survey and installation equipment and branded uniform provided by us

- Subsidised branded van scheme to support your business (if required)

- Full support from day one from our office team, and from our Regional Managers in the field

- Continuing training - to help you be better than yesterday, and better still tomorrow

- A peer support network full of people just like you!

The Role

Our customers come to us to book a shutter survey in their home – our office team will book appointments for surveys and installations direct to your diary based on your availability.

We don’t have salespeople; we have Shutter Specialists who guide our customers in choosing the perfect shutters for their rooms. You’ll design and measure with mm precision, demonstrate how they work using our handy visualiser, provide the price, and if they’re ready to order, you’ll assist with that as well.

If a customer needs a little more time to consider their purchase, our office team will keep in touch with them until they’re ready. They do that so you don’t have to.

Then you’ll return and install them to the very highest standard – all with our Shutterly Fabulous level of service.

Responsibilities

- Representing Shutterly Fabulous in your local area.

- Meet our customers in home and providing a friendly helpful service

- Accurately measuring and installing plantation shutters.

- Keeping our Service Promise to our customers, delighting them at every stage of their customer journey.

The Ideal Candidate

- Plantation shutters or blinds competence preferred. (Our training will enhance this).

- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.

- Able to use a Windows tablet (we provide the equipment and training)

- An enthusiastic team player.
