Are you ready to swap boring 9–5 office life for a role where every day is different, every smile matters, and tea breaks come with biscuits (the good kind, not the Rich Tea imposters)?

Kibworth Court Care Home is on the lookout for 2 full-time Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our legendary crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our wonderful residents with all the essentials – from washing and dressing to swapping life stories
  • Following care plans like a pro, but also knowing when a hug says more than paperwork
  • Keeping records neat and tidy (yes, we do love a good chart)
  • Working with an incredible manager and a fab team who’ll make you feel like part of the furniture (the comfy armchair, not the wobbly stool)

You’ll Be a Superstar If You:

  • Have experience in care (brilliant!) or a heart the size of Leicestershire (also brilliant!)
  • Can chat, laugh, and sing badly to residents without shame
  • Are confident with basic IT (don’t worry, we’re not asking for coding, just care notes!)
  • Know how to follow a plan but can improvise like you’re on “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”
  • Believe kindness and humour are just as important as skills
