The Role (Job Description)
As a Telesales Executive, you will be the driving force at the front end of our sales cycle. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Outbound B2B Dialling: Making outbound calls to engage new business prospects.
- Closing Deals: Confidently presenting our energy solutions and closing sales.
- Pipeline Management: Following up with warm prospects who have previously been provided with quotes.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting your colleagues to ensure weekly and monthly team targets are smashed.
- Data Integrity: Efficiently updating our internal database and sales spreadsheets.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We are seeking confident, resilient individuals who thrive under pressure and love hitting targets. To be successful, you should have:
- Experience: Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Communication Skills: A highly confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Drive: A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a hunger to maximise your bonus earnings.
- Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to hit collective goals.
- IT Literacy: Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
