We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven E-Commerce Team Leader to help take our online performance to the next level.

The Role
As our E-Commerce Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the day-to-day operations of our multi-brand online retail presence. You’ll ensure our stores perform at their best, our customer journey is seamless, and our digital content is accurate, engaging, and on-brand. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving online growth and improving conversion across both Lords & Labradors and Aqua Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a small but growing e-commerce team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and positive collaboration
  • Oversee daily website performance across multiple Shopify stores
  • Manage product listings regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency, categories, pricing, and merchandising to maximise conversion
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and onsite content updates
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and site analytics to identify improvements
  • Work closely with marketing teams to implement SEO, email, and paid media activity
  • Ensure brand consistency, high-quality content, and an exceptional customer journey
  • Support strategic planning for ongoing digital development and scale
  • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor website functionality and handle troubleshooting issues with the e-commerce platform, including technical problems and user experience challenges.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer services, high customer satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly through the online store.
  • Analyse data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor site traffic and customer behaviour.
  • Track and report e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

About You

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce leadership or senior executive role
  • Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms) and online merchandising
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands with different tones, audiences, and product ranges
  • Passion for pets and pet retail is a bonus!
