The Role:
To effectively support the Modern Work Programme Manager and the team involved in the Modern Work Programme in the provision of a university wide Modern Work (Microsoft 365) programme, including delivery of new technologies and other systems, new software developments, and business processes. The post holder will be responsible for managing small one-off project deliverables and provide assistance on more complex/larger areas of the project under the supervision and guidance of the Programme Manager and ensure that the programme will have the appropriate and up to date documentation and progress reporting. The role will contribute to producing reports to senior management and governors.

The working pattern for these posts is full time; however, we may be able to consider offering a minimum of 30 hours per week and compressed hours may be an option for these posts. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role

This appointment is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy If you wish to apply as a secondee, you must have approval of your line manager in advance of submitting your application form.
