Full job description

Overview:
Mint Moves are a local 'home removal company' based in Fenny Bridges. We are seeking a Removals Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attitude, be physically fit and eager to learn the job.

You would need to possess strong communication skills.

The ability to drive vans would be a bonus.

We are looking to hire on attitude and not experience. We will train the right candidate to the Mint Moves way of working.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport house furniture from one location to another
- Load and unload furniture onto the van
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Utilise mechanical knowledge for securing items during transport

Qualifications:
- Excellent positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Drivers license and own vehicle ( Must be able to get to the yard)

- You will need to be 19 or older in order to gain van insurance

Wage/Hours

- The length of each day varies dependent on the job. You will be required to be flexible on finish time, as you will be expected to work until the job is done.

- We would expect you to work 20-30 hrs per week minimum . As the business grows there is the opportunity for this to become a full-time position.

- A typical day would start 7-8am and finish 5-6pm.
