Full job description

As a member of our Yard team you will be responsible for the day to day presentation and organisation of the site under the direction of the Sales Managers.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the site is continually stocked and presented to a high standard.
  • Re-arranging stock as required.
  • Assisting sales staff with stock selection, when required.
  • Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect.

Person specification:

  • Must have a valid, full UK licence (Essential)
  • You will have good communication skills, be confident to liaise with stakeholders,
  • Self-motivated with high standards,
  • An organised team player with a positive outlook and proactive and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done”
  • Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
