Key Responsibilities

We are looking to expand our store management team by appointing two trainee Team leaders. You will enrol on a retail-focussed Level 3 apprenticeship program (equivalent to A-Levels) and undertake on and off the job assignments to grow your knowledge and skills in people management, marketing, sales and promotion and stock management over the course of 13 months. Over the duration of the traineeship, you will acquire increasing responsibilities for running a part of the store and be exposed to all departments and back of house functions..

Key Attributes

· At least 1 year’s previous experience working in front line retail

· Excellent listening skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work as part of a team

· To maintain a smart appearance in line with our uniform policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.48 per hour
