We’re expanding in Bournemouth and welcoming patient, compassionate support workers to join our teams at Mayfield Lodge and Rainbow Lodge - two warm, family-style homes just a few miles apart. As a support worker, you’ll:

  • Provide day-to-day care, support and encouragement to children
  • Act as a positive role model, helping children navigate routines and challenges.
  • Use the PACE model to support emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Safeguard and promote each child’s welfare while maintaining quality records.

About Our Homes
Mayfield Lodge supports three young girls with learning disabilities, autism, and speech delays. Expect playful, engaging days filled with singing, dancing, colouring and creative activities that foster joy and connection.

Rainbow Lodge supports two young boys with autism and trauma-related needs. Days are active and fun - forest walks, video games, theme parks, bowling, and adventures that feel more like play than work.
