About the role:
To assist the Senior Youth Worker and/or Youth Worker with the overall running of youth clubs/ projects, its performance and the young people who attend.
About you:
Support the delivery of open access youth clubs in the delegated youth centre to
ensure young people have access to a range of informal and non-formal learning
opportunities which responds to the youth work CASH curriculum and Principles and
Purposes of youth work in Wales.

About you:
- Knowledge and understanding of issues affecting young people including child
- Knowledge of the importance of confidentiality
- Enthusiasm and commitment to improving the lives of young people and their
- Motivated to work with most vulnerable individuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Support the delivery of open access youth clubs in the delegated youth centre to
ensure young people have access to a range of informal and non-formal learning
opportunities which responds to the youth work CASH curriculum and Principles and
Purposes of youth work in Wales.

This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
Service: Youth Services
Salary: JNC professional grade 1 – 4 £25,580 per annum pro rata
