Job role: Youth Support Worker
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Newark-On-Trent
Earning potential: £27,976.00 - £33,435.04 per annum*
Please note: *Higher end of the pay scale is inclusive of qualification enhancement, attendance bonus and 2 sleep-ins per week at £46.01 each (Staff members may complete more than 1 sleep-in per week)
Hourly rate: £13.45 – £16.07 per hour
Shifts: 7.30am-10.30pm + sleep-ins, 1 day in 2 off

Working in our residential children’s homes at Homes2Inspire means working for a dedicated team providing nurturing and supportive environments for young people in our care. What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people in a workplace environment or professional capacity
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent
- QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to complete
- Availability to work on a shift rota system including weekends and bank holidays
- A full UK Driving Licence
