Full job description

Madein+ is looking for a visually driven Social Media Video Content Creator to join our creative team. This role is suited to a professional with a strong understanding of short-form video platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and how content performs across each channel.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-volume, trend-led video content for a diverse portfolio of brands. This includes fast-paced filming, responding quickly to emerging cultural moments, and delivering polished, performance-focused edits within tight timelines.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who can combine creative execution with platform awareness to produce content that captures attention and drives measurable engagement.

  • Sectors: Tech, Automotive, and Outdoor Sports

Key Responsibilities

  • Social-First Production: Film and edit high-impact short-form video content specifically optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging social platforms.
  • High-Volume Delivery: Produce fast-paced content at scale, balancing reactive "of-the-moment" trends with evergreen brand assets.
  • Trend Hunting: Stay ahead of platform trends, trending audios, and editing styles, translating them into brand-safe, high-performing content for our Tech, Automotive, and Outdoor clients.
  • Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with social strategists and account teams to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identities.
  • Mobile-First Storytelling: Edit efficiently using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring every frame is built for the mobile viewing experience.
  • Brand Aesthetics & Design: Maintain high production standards while supporting basic design needs, such as motion graphics, text overlays, and social visuals.
  • Performance Tracking: Work with the team to understand how your content performs, pivoting your creative approach based on data and community engagement.

The Ideal Profile

  • TikTok Heavy User: You live on the FYP. You have an innate understanding of platform-specific nuances, transitions, and "the language of social."
  • Brand or Agency Experience (Must Have): Proven experience working within a fast-paced agency environment or directly with established brands. You are comfortable managing multiple content requests and switching between different brand voices.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset (Must Have): You understand that content must perform. You prioritise engagement and conversion over "pure aesthetics" and know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
  • Access to Equipment (Preferred): Ideally, you have your own professional-grade filming kit and are proficient in using it to deliver agency-standard social content.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro are essential. Bonus points if you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • Organised & Proactive: You are a self-starter who can manage their own shoot schedules and meet tight turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred): Due to the nature of our clients in the Automotive and Outdoor Sports sectors, the ability to travel to on-site shoots is a major advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
  • Transport links
  • Work from home

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London WC1X 8LU
