Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes or care settings
  • Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, and hydration as per care plans
  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well being
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families
  • Accurately record care notes and report concerns promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding procedures
  • Uphold Norwa Care’s values of empathy, professionalism, and continuity of care
