WE’RE HIRING – BAR STAFF & EVENT CREW

Baroque Penarth | Flexible Shifts | Fun, Fast-Paced Environment

Baroque is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our bar and event team.

Whether you’re looking for regular bar shifts or want to be part of high-energy event nights, this is your chance to be part of something exciting in one of Penarth’s standout venues.

Roles Available:

  • Bar Staff
  • Event Staff / Floor Runners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving drinks quickly and professionally
  • Collecting empty glasses, cups, and bottles from the venue floor
  • Keeping the bar and customer areas clean and tidy throughout the shift
  • Supporting with basic clean-up before, during, and after events
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the night
  • Working as a team to ensure smooth running of bar service and events

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident, friendly, and approachable attitude
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is ideal but not essential training can be provided
