Personal Care & Support Assistant – Flexible Hours

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Personal Care & Support Assistant to provide flexible, ad-hoc support in a private household.

The role involves providing general support with day-to-day activities, MH support, mobility assistance, and occasional help with family routines, including assisting with childcare when required. This is a supportive role where you will work alongside the individual or receive clear guidance as needed.

Hours are flexible and offered on an as-needed basis, with opportunities for daytime, evening, and occasional overnight shifts. Previous experience in care, support work, childcare, or a similar role is welcome but not essential, as we value a positive attitude, reliability, and a caring approach.

Client is a young adult male

Requirements

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Reliable, patient, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable working in a private household
  • Comfortable around children and pets
  • Able to provide practical support
