Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in clients' homes, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment. Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the company's quality standards
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements
  • Maintain organised work schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities

Requirements

  • (Preferred but not necessary) Valid driving licence and ability to travel between client locations
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  • Previous experience in domestic cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail
