Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at a high end residential building. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including amenity areas, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
  • Engage with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
  • Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • A proactive attitude with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
