We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that events run smoothly and that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of event operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Previous customer service experience is mandatory for this role. We believe that exceptional customer service is at the heart of every successful event. Your experience will enable you to interact effectively with clients and guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Being able to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure is essential in this fast-paced environment.

We understand that weekends are often when our clients want to celebrate their special occasions, so your availability during these times is crucial. You'll be part of a vibrant atmosphere, helping to create memorable moments for our guests.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising Events: Ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely throughout the duration of each event. You'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of the event and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Client Assistance: Providing excellent customer service is really important in this job. You'll assist clients with their needs and requests, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will help create a positive atmosphere.

- Setup and Pack Away: Setting up and packing away equipment, including furniture, decorations, and technical gear. Attention to detail is key to creating the perfect atmosphere for each event.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the venue clean and organized before, during, and after events. Your efforts will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and clients alike.

Responsibilities

Requirements
