We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for Night Shifts to join our dedicated team at our reputable Lichfield Nursing Home. This role is crucial for providing exceptional care and medical support to our elderly residents, particularly during the night shift. Your Role Will Involve:

  • Clinical Care: We administer medications, perform routine checks, and manage medical procedures per our residents' care plans.
  • Personalised Support: Providing personalised nursing care that respects the dignity and preferences of each resident.
  • Health Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor residents' health conditions, respond to medical needs promptly, and liaise with healthcare professionals as required.
