Do you enjoy helping others learn, grow and perform at their best? We're looking for a Training & Servicing Specialist to lead regulatory, operational and onboarding training across our Operations teams, while also supporting servicing activities during quieter training periods.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, structured learning and continuous improvement, with the flexibility to support operational teams when business needs require.

Key responsibilities:

Training and development:

  • Deliver regulatory, mandatory and operational training across Operations teams.
  • Design and facilitate induction programmes for new starters, providing coaching and support through to competency sign-off.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guidance documents and learning resources.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance data and quality outcomes, driving continuous improvement.

Compliance and accreditation:

  • Coordinate AML and World-Check accreditation activity, including training, assessments and refresher programmes.
  • Maintain accurate training and accreditation records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Monitor training completion and escalate gaps where appropriate.

Stakeholder and operational support:

  • Partner with Team Managers, Servicing Specialists, SMEs and Compliance teams to identify training needs and support operational change.
  • Deliver training for new systems, processes and business initiatives, supporting project and change activity where required.
  • Use MI and trend analysis to identify capability gaps, forecast training demand and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Servicing Specialists and Operations teams with BAU activities during quieter training periods.

Leadership and culture:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for training and development within Operations.
  • Promote a positive learning culture that encourages engagement, collaboration and continuous development.
  • Role model Zurich's values and behaviours in everything you do.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in training, coaching or onboarding within an operations, servicing or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and customer servicing activities.
  • Knowledge of AML and World-Check requirements; accreditation or previous experience would be advantageous.
  • Confident delivering training to individuals and groups, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using data and MI to identify trends and measure training effectiveness.
  • Flexible, adaptable and collaborative, with a passion for developing others and supporting business performance.
