Summary

This summer we are introducing inflatables to our holiday camp offiering. We are seeking a dedicated Inflatable Bouncy Castle Operator to join our team operating in Hertfordshire locations. This role is vital in ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for children during our camps , contributing to our mission of combining fun with educational growth.
Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle inflatable bouncy castles safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation.
  • Supervise children while they enjoy the inflatables, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Collaborate with camp staff to coordinate activities involving inflatables.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inflatable area.
  • Communicate effectively with children and parents regarding safety rules.
  • Assist in other camp activities as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating inflatable equipment or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures related to inflatables.
  • Excellent supervision skills and a responsible attitude.
  • Ability to work well with children and team members.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different camp activities.
  • Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be able to drive to locations in and around Oxfordshire times of 8am - 1pm
