  • Influence strategic decision-making and contribute to the wider transformation agenda within Adult Social Care.
  • Promote excellent professional practice and a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

We are seeking an inspirational senior leader with significant experience operating at Assistant Director, Head of Service or equivalent level within Adult Social Care or a related health and care setting.

You will bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards framework.
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic change and service improvement within complex organisations.
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience influencing and leading across organisational boundaries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable adults and their families.

Why Apply?

  • High-profile interim leadership opportunity.
  • Join one of the largest Adult Social Care systems in England.
  • Influence safeguarding practice at a strategic level.
