Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster positive public relations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital communication, content creation, and community engagement. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing our online presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience interaction.

Duties

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
  • Design campaign posters, tickets, flyers, booklet's
  • Manage daily content creation, including writing posts, designing visuals, and scheduling updates across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Analyse social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise future strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and public relations to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in managing public relations activities by crafting press releases and liaising with media outlets when necessary.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
  • Experience in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and storytelling.
  • Ability to analyse data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.This position is paid and offers an excellent platform for a motivated individual eager to develop their career in digital communications while contributing significantly to organisational growth through innovative social media strategies.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
