About Pure Maintenance:

Pure Maintenance UK is an exciting start-up that is growing exponentially, and this is a great opportunity to get on board with a national brand in its infancy.

About the Job:

At Pure Maintenance we transform our clients’ homes from hazardous environments to safer homes with normal fungal ecologies through the technical use of our patented Dry Fog Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Full use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided at all times
  • Carrying out a pre-treatment inspection of their home and produce a report on the day of treatment
  • Testing the air in our clients’ homes before and after our process using our air testing equipment
  • Communicating with clients on the day of their treatment, explaining the process, answering any questions that they may have, and being their point-of-contact throughout the day
  • Always being punctual to appointments
  • Communicating with the sales staff at Head Office
  • Solving any problems that may arise quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping resources and materials topped up through inventory audits and placing orders with Head Office
  • Ability to keep the company vehicle at home

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Surveying, Water Damage Repair, Dehumidification
  • Technically / Practically minded
  • Great customer facing skills
  • Able to work alone and be a self-starter
  • Technical understanding
  • Functional and technical skills
  • Thrives on independent working
  • Attention to detail
  • Documentation skills

Experience & Licensing Requirements:

  • Full Driving License (preferably clean)
  • Experience with practical work desired
