Full job description

Our client is looking for a Supplier On-Boarding Analyst to join them on a 6-month contract with possible extension.

Role: Supplier Due Diligence/Supplier Onboarding Analyst
Location: Stevenage. First 8 weeks 3 days on site min, the rest remote. Following this, 2 days on site min, the rest remote.
Hours: 37 per week
Hourly Rate: Up to £27.38 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS to start, full SC to follow

What you'll be doing:

  • All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance
  • On Boarding processing
  • Supplier data management
  • Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business
  • Reporting and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Supplier On Boarding/KYC
  • Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge
  • Knowledge of ISO37001 - Ethics
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 - Quality
  • Advanced excel/word/PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick to master new tools and processes
  • Ivalua (advantageous not required)
  • SAP (preferential not required)
