LOCATION – ROPERS CARAVAN WORLD, CATTERICK BRIDGE

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all administration connected with the sale and registration of Caravans and Motorhomes along with other administration tasks connected with the running of a busy dealership. Experience in this or a similar role is essential.

- RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working with the Sales team and Sales Manager/Managing Director to ensure the department runs smoothly.

- Registering New and Pre-owned vehicles.

- Overseeing the payments in and out of the branch and logging banking sheets accordingly.

- Working closely with Manufacturers regarding warranty registration and stock despatches.

- Ensuring daily and monthly collections are completed and working closely with the Directors to help final entry of all deals/cashflow.

- SKILLS

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in computer applications.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

- Knowledge of warranty/service policies and procedures is a plus.

- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

- Positive attitude.

- Friendly and approachable manner.

- Hardworking and dependable.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Committed to delivering the best possible levels of customer service.

HOURS

Monday to Friday 9am -5:00pm - Flexible working will be considered

Alternate Saturday mornings 9am – 12pm. Afternoon off during the week when a Saturday is worked

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
