About the job

Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience of coordinating information, maintaining accurate records and working with a range of stakeholders?

We’re looking for a Movements Coordinator to provide accurate, timely and well-organised administrative support for learner movements across ITC Catterick. You’ll ensure that changes in learner status are recorded correctly, supported by the appropriate evidence and communicated to relevant apprenticeship colleagues.

This is a varied role where you’ll maintain learner records and movement trackers, coordinate documentation and appointments, monitor outstanding actions and liaise with military and apprenticeship colleagues. You’ll play an important part in ensuring learner movements are managed efficiently and records remain accurate, secure and audit-ready.

Key responsibilities include:

-Receiving, reviewing and accurately recording learner movement information
-Maintaining up-to-date movement trackers, status boards and learner records
-Coordinating changes in learner status, including Breaks in Learning, Returns to Learning, back-class movements and withdrawals
-Liaising with military staff, rehabilitation teams, learners and apprenticeship colleagues to confirm information and coordinate actions
-Monitoring outstanding actions, resolving routine queries and escalating complex cases or risks
-Maintaining accurate, secure and audit-ready records in line with company, funding, data protection and information security requirements

What you’ll bring:

-Experience in administration, coordination or records management
-Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
-Confidence maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
-Good digital skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
-The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
