We’re seeking a Picker Packers to join our team on a monthly rolling, fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do

This role involves picking, order packing, and general warehouse duties, including manual handling and maintaining a tidy work environment.

Candidates should be physically fit, as the role is hands-on and physically demanding.

You will also use computerised warehouse management and scanner systems, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing items for orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers.
• Picking and packing of goods, utilising hand-held scanners. Ensuring accuracy in items and quantities and that orders are neatly and securely packaged for shipment
• Quality control items to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stock replenishment and rotation
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or shortages
• Stock taking

What You’ll Bring

• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a picker/packer or similar role in a warehouse or distribution centre is preferred, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical duties as required
• Basic computer skills for entering data
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Hard working, reliable with the ability to show initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekend shifts
