Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside a dynamic and busy team providing care and learning for children
• Build positive relationships with parents and families, maintaining open communication
• Engage with children at their level, creating meaningful connections through play and modeling nursery expectations
• Manage behavior positively in line with nursery policies and procedures
• Support a safe and inclusive environment that respects diversity in religion, race, gender, disabilities, and culture
• Challenge discrimination and promote equality at all times
