We are seeking a dynamic and experienced supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant Manager team in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management to promote a high-performing team.
• Manage merchandising activities, including stock organisation, visual displays, and inventory control.
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Contribute to sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining organisational records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Support promotional activities and participate in community engagement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative functions.
• Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and organisational abilities.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
