Role & Responsibilities
Raytheon UK are seeking an experienced learning professional with expertise in the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and training design to fulfil the role of Training Solution Architect (TSA) within the Engineering function.
The TSA acts as the technical lead for training-related change requests. The role triages incoming requests, conducts scoping to determine whether training design activity is required, and assesses whether sufficient information exists to proceed. Working with the change programme team, the TSA develops clarification questions for customers, reviews responses, and defines the direction of the training solution. When requirements are sufficiently understood, the TSA produces a technical training solution proposal outlining the proposed training design approach, resource estimates, and an outline project plan. The TSA owns the training change process through to solution approval and provides technical oversight during delivery to ensure outputs align with the agreed solution and DSAT principles. Delivery remains the responsibility of internal teams or external partners.

- Support internal stakeholders during the adoption of delivery outputs into portfolio
- Engage with stakeholders and governance forums to provide engineering updates and recommendations
- Support Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement
