Project Architect (ARB Registered)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working
Alfred Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded multidisciplinary design consultancy to recruit an experienced Project Architect for its growing Nottingham studio.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice, leading projects from concept through to completion across a diverse portfolio of work. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in maintaining high design and technical standards while mentoring junior colleagues.
The Role
As a Project Architect, you will:
- Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Coordinate clients, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Produce and review planning, technical and construction information.
- Manage project programmes, deliverables and design coordination.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team.
- Attend client meetings, design workshops and site visits.
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- ARB Registered Architect status.
- Around five years' post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience managing clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD or another BIM platform.
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
Experience delivering projects within education, residential, commercial, industrial or public sector developments would be advantageous.
