- Assess learners’ competence through practical observations, written tests, and portfolio reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes in compliance with organisational policies.
- Support learners throughout their training journey by offering guidance, motivation, and additional assistance where necessary.
- Ensure all training activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards and organisational quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, training techniques, and assessment practices to maintain professional competence.
Skills
- Proven experience in delivering training programmes and conducting assessments within a recognised framework.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learners and programmes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of current Asbestos industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to vocational education or specialised fields.
