About Us

Evans Electrical Services Ltd is a fast-growing electrical contracting business based in Cheshire, providing electrical installation, maintenance, compliance, EICRs, EV chargers and emergency call-out services across the North West.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our team. This is a full-time position supporting our electricians, customers, landlords and property managers.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently, customers are kept informed and engineers remain productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Booking appointments and managing engineer schedules
  • Liaising with customers, tenants, landlords and letting agents
  • Managing job administration through Tradify
  • Sending quotations, certificates and invoices
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork and payments
  • Monitoring company inboxes and responding promptly
  • Following up leads and customer enquiries
  • Assisting with general business administration
  • Maintaining accurate customer records

Requirements

  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Experience within a trades, construction, property or facilities management environment would be advantageous
