About Us
Evans Electrical Services Ltd is a fast-growing electrical contracting business based in Cheshire, providing electrical installation, maintenance, compliance, EICRs, EV chargers and emergency call-out services across the North West.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our team. This is a full-time position supporting our electricians, customers, landlords and property managers.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently, customers are kept informed and engineers remain productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Booking appointments and managing engineer schedules
- Liaising with customers, tenants, landlords and letting agents
- Managing job administration through Tradify
- Sending quotations, certificates and invoices
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and payments
- Monitoring company inboxes and responding promptly
- Following up leads and customer enquiries
- Assisting with general business administration
- Maintaining accurate customer records
Requirements
- Previous administration or office experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Comfortable working remotely
- Experience within a trades, construction, property or facilities management environment would be advantageous
