Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audio-visual technology and a passion for creating high-quality visual content. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for various events and projects, ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment where innovation and collaboration are encouraged.

With a strong reputation for excellence and a passion for creating memorable experiences, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Audio Visual Events Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, visual, and lighting equipment at events.
- Liaise with clients and event teams to ensure technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Conduct pre-event checks on AV equipment to ensure reliability during live events.
- Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to issues during events.
- Assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of AV equipment.
- Maintain and ensure the safe storage of all AV equipment.
- Keep up to date with the latest AV technologies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in live event production, AV installation, or technical operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, LED screens, microphones, and lighting systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Driving License: A full, clean driving license is desirable
