Outdoor Activity Instructor (Group Leader)
Barhaugh Hall, near Alston, Cumbria

We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Barhaugh Hall centre.
What you will be doing as a Group Leader:
Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.
But it’s more than that, you will:
- Build confidence in children aged 7–11
- Encourage teamwork and resilience
- Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy
No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.
What you will get:
- £13.65 per hour (£1,575-£1,625 per month est based on a 30 hours per week contract)
- Pay increases with experience and responsibility
Plus:
- Permanent, year-round contract
