Qualified Nursery Nurse – Bank Staff (Flexible Work)

£13.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on qualification)
Flexible hours | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:30pm

The Role

We’re looking for Qualified Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years) to join our bank staff team.

This role is perfect if you’re looking for flexible nursery work, whether that’s alongside studies, family life, or another role. You can choose the days you work, as long as you’re available for at least one full day per week (8:00am-6:00pm)

You’ll work in a range of high-quality nurseries with beautiful indoor spaces, outdoor learning areas, and excellent resources.

What We’re Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or above)
Passion for working with children aged 0–5 years
A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication skills
A team player who can also use their initiative
Availability to work at least one full day per week (8:00am–6:00pm)
Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes
