£12.71 per hour excluding service charge & tips

Pay Rate:£12.71 excluding tips

Hours/Schedule: 35-45 per week (hours are negotiable)

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  • Provide warm,friendly,and professional service to all guests
  • Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage the bar area,ensuring cleanliness,organisation,and stock levels
  • Handle payments and process transactions correctly
  • Support front-of-house operations by greeting,seating,and assisting guests when required
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Ensure compliance with licensing,hygiene,and safety standards


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience preferred,with front-of-house experience highly valued
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly,outgoing,and professional demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of beverages,cocktails,and bar service standards
  • Basic math and POS system knowledge
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings,weekends,and holidays
