Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will help foster a warm and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, including catering requests, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Support food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene standards are upheld
  • Handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously, resolving any issues or concerns with a positive attitude
  • Assist in barista duties such as preparing coffee and specialty beverages when required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with Cocktails and drinks preparation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
