Lead the Commercial Success of One of the North East's Most Iconic Country House Hotels

Beamish Hall Country House Hotel is seeking an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our senior leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the commercial success of one of the North East's leading independent hotels.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives on building relationships, inspires high-performing teams and enjoys exceeding ambitious sales targets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll lead our Sales Team and take ownership of driving revenue sales across the entire hotel, including:

  • Weddings
  • Corporate Business
  • Meetings & Conferences
  • Private Dining & Events
  • Christmas Parties
  • Seasonal Events

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will:

✔ Grow revenue across all market segments.

✔ Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

✔ Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

✔ Increase conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.

✔ Work closely with the Commercial Director to deliver the hotel's sales strategy.

✔ Become a recognised ambassador for Beamish Hall.
