Bar & Waiting Staff

The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Bar & Waiting staff to join our team.

We are seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced s.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with weddings and functions, including shutdown
  • Checking Guests in upon arrival
  • Be computer literate
  • Assisting in the restaurant
  • Greeting guests, checking Guests in to their rooms and checking them out .
  • Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability.
  • All aspects of bar work
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the role.

To excel in this role, you should be a career-minded team player with a desire for a long-term position and be able to work independently and make your own decisions.
