Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar and Restaurant Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, but full training will be provided for motivated applicants. Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are met
  • Prepare and present drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards
  • Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments securely
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and billing
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
