Job Summary

Game Guru located in Touchwood shopping Centre , we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Baristas to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, serving drinks & barista made coffees as well as assisting in our retail section of the business. You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the front of house area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Take & serve orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen.
  • Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Deal with enquiries and serve customers in our Retail offer at the site.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

  • Proven Barista experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and latte art
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests.
  • A proactive approach to upselling menu items and enhancing customer experiences.
