Elevate Your Hospitality Career at an Iconic Football Stadium

Constellation Platinum is recruiting experienced premium bar staff to join our elite front‑of‑house teams in Birmingham for the 2026/27 season. This is your chance to work behind the scenes at one of the UK’s most iconic football stadiums, delivering exceptional service in executive restaurants, lounges, and VIP hospitality areas on matchdays.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 12 months bartending experience in premium hospitality

Strong drinks knowledge and ability to make recommendations

Wine knowledge - pairing, presentation, and pouring

Cocktail knowledge

Calm, professional, and personable under pressure

Ability to carry and unload a drinks tray confidently

Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing

Aged 18+
