Experienced full and part time team members for floor and bar needed!

The Plough Inn is a newly opened independent pub in Wollaston, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic front of house team members to join our established team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll work both on the bar and the floor, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving drinks and food efficiently and professionally
  • Engaging with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate transactions
  • Keeping the bar and restaurant areas clean and well-presented
  • Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience necessary in a similar hospitality role
  • Confidence in working both behind the bar and on the floor
  • A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
