We are currently looking for experienced Bar Supervisors, Bar Staff and Front of House team members to join our team.

At Primrose Hill Farm Kitchen, our service team plays a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests throughout the wedding reception, wedding breakfast, evening party, and late-night service.

Whether you are supporting Front of House, running the bar or supervising a section, this role requires strong hospitality skills, great communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional approach with all wedding guests.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and positive first impression
• Provide attentive guest service throughout the event
• Trayed drinks service and bar service
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards
• Respond to guest enquiries, address concerns, and provide support throughout their visit
• Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and other guest needs where required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas, including tables, bars, counters, and service stations
• Support efficient service flow during busy periods and key moments (speeches, turnarounds, evening service)
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth delivery of service
• Support events as required, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown
• For Supervisor/Manager roles: lead the team on shift, support training, and oversee service standards during the event

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or event setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to helping others, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
