Full job description

NO4 a modern Mediterranean bar and restaurant @ STRAFORD UPON AVON, a next to the river . We are looking for full time waitress / bar staff join our team.

Opening times are Monday to Sunday, so in those roles you will be working full time hours across a range of shifts to include daytimes, evenings and weekends. You must be flexible in terms of working hours but we will gladly discuss your requirements at interview stage.

Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent guest service, ensuring guests satisfaction

- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guests experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and restaurant

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of culinary practices is beneficial
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
