Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, providing friendly recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change handling
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and intervene when necessary
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. help with washing up.
• Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the station well-equipped during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
