Job Summary

Located in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, DHG's venues are surrounded by 20 acres of breath-taking scenery and specialise in serving classic English dishes made from locally sourced produce.

We are looking to expand our team of Bar staff. Previous experience and knowledge of the industry is desirable. You will have the ability to work calm and well under pressure, have a good approach to teamwork and the desire to learn new skills.

Bar Staff will be responsible for all aspects of drinks service including; Coffees, Wines, Cocktails and everything in between. Full training will be given to ensure that our guests receive the best service possible.

Job Type / Category

Due to the nature of the job the hours will include evenings and weekends.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Previous bar experience within a Gastro Pub/Restaurant environment would be ideal, a friendly and approachable persona is an absolute must, strong guest care skills, the ability to work well under pressure and excellent attention to detail.
