About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident Bar Tender to join the team at Manor House Lindley. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in great service.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a warm, professional bar experience while maintaining the high standards expected of an award-recognised independent hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Preparing and serving drinks including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
  • Engaging confidently with guests and offering recommendations
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Supporting bar set-up and close-down procedures
  • Working closely with the restaurant and events teams during busy services

About You

  • A positive, personable attitude with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Passion for drinks, service, and guest experience
  • Reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player
  • Flexible availability, particularly evenings and weekends
