Full job description

As a member of Wolsey's you’ll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll prepare and serve drinks, keep the bar area clean and organized, and ensure every customer enjoys fast, friendly, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take drink orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
  • Follow all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist with setting up and closing down the bar each day.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, helping to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Previous bar experience essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
