Support Worker role- Leigh and Wigan area; part/full time positions available

What you will do:

We provide support to people in their own home in a way that reflects the needs of each person, delivering personalised support to each person. You will provide care and support to enhance the person’s wellbeing. For example, you might need to support someone with their health, with managing at home, with personal care or with pursuing hobbies and interests. As each person is different, the support provided to each person will be different. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives. You will build relationships with health colleagues, family, friends, others in the community and work together to enable the person to live well at home and in their local community.
